How long does it take to process and ship orders?
- Orders are usually shipped the next business day except weekend. Order made on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be ship out the next following Monday. Please provide a valid mailing address as UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes.
What is the delivery time for orders?
- Actual delivery day and time is determined by UPS. Regular ground shipments usually take between 1 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship Internationally?
- No, we currently ship within the United States only. Items with the prefix of GS are now available for shipment to Canada
Return Policy:
-We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. rchandise returned or exchanged will be subject to a 20% restocking fee less the shipping charges. Shipping and handling on return merchandise will not be refunded or covered by us. All returns must have a RA # (return authorization number) from us to be accepted.

-All items must be in new and resaleable condition, including the original box, packaging, and accessories.
Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 30 days. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.
Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.
Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in resaleable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements.
